Yes. The reward applies to a friend's first booking with MyRailPool. Friends who have already booked with us can still travel, but their bookings don't earn a referral reward.
Commission becomes available shortly after the journey is completed.
Commission is only paid for completed, paid journeys. If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the commission for it is removed.
No. Referral rewards are for introducing new travellers, so your own bookings do not earn commission.
